DIGITAL CERTIFICATES · QR LABELS · OWNERSHIP TRANSFERS
A certificate that travels with the object.
Document an item, issue an attributable statement, and give its next owner a lasting record. Core registration, certificates, QR labels and transfers are free during the pilot.
Choose the right certificate
A registry record certificate records the information submitted by its named issuer. It does not authenticate the item. A creator certificate of authenticity is a separate statement from a reviewed creator account about its own work, with a defined scope and supporting evidence. Authorized representatives, dealers and experts have their own reviewed issuer roles; a dealer statement is not automatically creator endorsement.
Create your digital certificate
Sign up, register the item, and add photographs and identifying facts. Open the item and select Create certificate. Choose the statement type, select evidence, review the issuer, scope and claimed authority, then explicitly approve it. Creator and representative certificates require approved issuer review through My account. Unknown facts should remain unknown.
Download, print, and check its current status
The certificate includes its issuer, issue date, scope, record fingerprint and a QR link to live verification. Download its PDF from the item’s Certificates tab. Check that live page before relying on a saved copy: revocation and later record history remain visible, while the original issued statement is preserved.
One item. One lasting ID and QR link
Every registered item has its own permanent Registry ID and QR code. Use Print QR labels on the item to download printable labels, or download the QR image. Adding photographs, correcting details or transferring ownership does not change that ID or QR link. A label links to a recorded claim about the object; it does not independently prove the physical object is authentic. Keep your chosen privacy settings when someone scans it.
Transfer ownership in three steps
1. Open your item and select Transfer ownership. Enter the recipient’s email, reason for the transfer and any terms, and choose which private evidence they may review. 2. The recipient follows the email invitation, signs into the account matching the invited address, and reviews the item. 3. They explicitly accept or reject. Acceptance updates the registered owner, preserves previous ownership history, and produces a transfer receipt. Sending a PDF or QR code alone does not transfer ownership.
Keep adding to the story
Return to the item any time to add photos, documents, distinguishing marks and later provenance. Each saved update preserves a new version. Fingerprints and enabled blockchain timestamps are processed in the background; you do not need a wallet or to keep a proof page open. Timestamp status distinguishes pending from confirmed and proves record integrity, not the truth of a claim.
The registry does not process payment
Arrange any purchase, payment, shipping or other commercial terms separately. Registry transfers record an accepted ownership change; they do not collect money, provide escrow, confirm payment or determine legal title. Temporary custody by a gallery, shop or repairer remains separate from ownership.
